Chiappetti Lamb and Veal
Chiappetti is the largest harvester of Lamb in Illinois and one of the largest in the United States. They are located on the south side of Chicago, not far from the old Chicago International Livestock Exposition.

This is a self help program to allow producers to get a handle on the profitability of their program. Developed in the 80's by Dr. Gary Ricketts and Dr. Ricj Knipe, it was written in BASIC.
